My shipment has not arrived yet.

An order placed can take from 7 days to 4 weeks or more depending on the product you have ordered The estimated delivery time is shown on each product and is also on the dispatch email, if your product has not reached you even after the time mentioned, please feel free to contact us.

I wish to cancel my order.

We do not cancel an order once placed.

I have changed my mind, can I return the product?

We do not accept returns for a product or issue a refund unless the product delivered doesn’t match the image or details, in such case please issue a ticket with the photograph of the item recieved within 7 days of recieving it.

The product doesn't ship to my region, how can I place an order?

We currently ship many of our products worldwide, the availability of the product to your region can be known at the checkout page. If you live in a place where the product doesn’t ship to, you can use a shipment forwarding service like Shipito to get the shipment forwared to your address.

The form doesn't work, how can we contact you?
